Planned Estate Giving

Planned Estate Giving or Bequests to the Conservancy provide a lasting legacy and have helped purchase key properties. Incorporating the Conservancy into your or a loved one’s will or estate plan as a beneficiary of specific assets or of a portion of the estate is a practical way to give charitably while meeting personal, family or financial needs.
The Conservancy can be made the beneficiary of a variety of financial instruments. Some gift options include:

- Deferred Gift Annuity
- Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust

“I give the San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy, a 501c(3) charity, incorporated in San Diego, and having its principal offices at SDRVC, 3030 Bunker Hill Street, Suite 307C, San Diego, CA 92109 the sum of $_________ (or alternately, _____ percent of the residuary of my estate), for its general purposes to protect the nation’s land and water resources.
