VISION

The San Dieguito River Park will be financially secure and the Coast-to-Crest trail will be completed. The resources of the San Dieguito River Valley, including habitats and watersheds, will be preserved, protected, and shared. Interpretive centers will increase the visibility of the River Park and enhance user experiences. The River Park will enjoy widespread community awareness and support, and its recreational and educational programs will be used extensively. The River Valley will inspire a respect for nature and a commitment to sustainable human environments, for present and future generations.

VALUES

The San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy values citizen action, support, and vigilance, which launched the San Dieguito River Park and are crucial to its future. We hold in high regard the active participation of our members and volunteers, and we will manage their contributions wisely. We pledge to conduct our business with the highest standards of integrity. We commit to the effective and efficient stewardship and protection of the San Dieguito River Valley.
